Effective September 1, 2003, the Standard Possession Order set out in Texas Family Code Chapter 153, the old Wednesday evening possession during the school year is now Thursday either beginning at 6 p.m. and ending at 8 p.m. or, beginning at the time school is dismissed and ending at the time school resumes, at the possessory parent's election. Tex. Fam. Code § 153.312 (a)(2).
